Okay, there's nothing worse, I would say. I've scuba dived before, I've swim in the Mediterranean Sea. I was told by locals that it's very rare that sharks ever appear. And here there is a four-meter, I believe, four-meter. Look at the size of this thing. Look at this. And these guys are in hot pursuit. They're down there picking up garbage. And freaking Jaws shows up to eat their bottle. All right, truth be told, I I do have a fear of sharks. That is, that without Jaws mess me up. Something like that. The question is if you do accidentally get so scared you poop your pants in your wetsuit, does the shark are they into that? Do they do you become more do you have a target on your back? Do you have a little and they're that's that's the question I have.
SPEAKER_01You're like a little pastry.
SPEAKER_03A what?
SPEAKER_01Like a little pastry, like a poop pastry. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Or it's a really good websuit and no poop gets out. Maybe that's what they say. You stay warm and no poop gets out. Welcome back to an unfiltered Friday top ten most viral videos.
SPEAKER_04Welcome to the motion.
SPEAKER_03All right, welcome back. Sean, how are you? It's Friday, June 12th. Look at this thing here. I I I literally saw this, and I was like, for the love of all things holy. Okay, this is so big.
SPEAKER_02That's what she said.
SPEAKER_03Oh, I knew you were gonna say that. Here's Sean's back, everybody, between his amazing jokes and his keyboard. Hit the keyboard, Sean. Oh, how you doing? But look at this. This is uh everything's bigger in America. But uh, this is a high noon vodka iced tea. Uh vodka with real iced tea and natural flavors, whatever that means. Okay, but for the viewers that can't see this, there's this weird little what is this thing? Oh, hello. Oh, look at that.
SPEAKER_02That is so is that childproof?
SPEAKER_03How do you do this? Okay, hmm. That's actually pretty good, I'm not gonna lie. How uh what you got going on this weekend, Sean?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I'm working on the old roadrunner again this weekend.
SPEAKER_03Never heard that before. Yeah, it's kind of my go-to thing. What stage are you at in the Roadrunner?
SPEAKER_02Uh, right now I gotta cut out a few little rust holes in the engine bay, and then I'm gonna add some paint and get the motor in.
SPEAKER_03That's how I feel about you, Sean. Just gotta cut out a little rust hole every here and there and add some paint, and you're brand new. I saw your fingers going to that. I'm like, but I ain't here he is, he's back.
SPEAKER_02I had a lot of people in the comments said they wanted more.
SPEAKER_03I told you that. Last week you were like, uh I gotta find a happy medium. Yeah, dude, you were like Mr. Pooby Pants last week. I was all fired up on whatever I had, and you were like over in the corner snoozing. Better recovery, better days ahead. Get yourself a ghost bed. Go to ww.ghostbed.com forward slash buckley. B-U-C-K-L-E-Y. Type that in, you'll get 10% off. Three pillars of discipline spirit, mind, body. In that order. That right there is the foundation of a company I started called Born of Discipline. It's incredibly important to me, this company incorporates my faith, the lessons I learned from my father on discipline, pain from regret, or pain from discipline is something my dad always said to me. And I've incorporated that into my life, and I want to share it with you. Go check it out at bornofdiscipline.com. Um, but uh yeah, it's another big weekend here in Charleston. Um boats, I mean, again, I say it every time, but I can't I can't stress enough. There's something about Charleston in there's something about the summertime in Charleston. And, you know, because our podcast is done here in Charleston, I want to celebrate all the things that Charleston does with all the local companies. But tonight, what I'm very excited about there's the party at the point, okay? It's uh right on the water at Charleston. I feel like every night is party at the point. Um, but uh it's at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina in Mount Pleasant, which is close to us. It's music, it's the harbor, it's beautiful, beautiful sunsets, you know, oysters, you know, people know how to get down in Charleston. So if you're flying in and you're hearing this, go check out that. If you see me, come say hello. If you see Sean, you're in his garage and that's creepy. Um, Sunday though, big thing flag day ceremony on the deck of the USS Yorktown at Patriots Point. They're uh retiring the colors on a career in the harbor. So uh come on, let's go.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, Yorktown's awesome, dude.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, have you been to that?
SPEAKER_02I've I've been filming for them. I've I've filmed there like three times this year already. It's such a cool experience.
SPEAKER_03You know, the one time that I did the helicopter thing around it, which was really cool. Such a tourist move. But um uh the the it was actually two times, two times we went to go to it, and uh the boys um both times were fast asleep, and uh when the when when kids when they're young and they fall asleep, you just gotta let them sleep. You just put the AC on, you just chill, and you're like, all right, they they need to power down because you wake them up a little too soon, it's not as fun. You have them a little nap, and they're so cute when they wake up.
SPEAKER_01They're like, God, where are we?
SPEAKER_02Is this real life?
SPEAKER_03They've got some drool and some boogers, and just the the the this is the other thing, too. Uh, in the back of my truck, man, it doesn't matter how many times I clean it. And listen, I'm not, you gotta let kids be kids. But I don't know where the food goes. It doesn't go in them. I know where it goes, it goes all over the floor, but it's like they will just be like it's all over Ranger's face. Bodies a little better, but it's all over Ranger's face.
SPEAKER_02That's how you get a minivan with like the built-in vacuum in the back.
SPEAKER_03Oh, and then they then they stuff it like in places. I'm like, hey guys, there's there's a little garbage thing you can put. No, they stuff it down and things, and then I'll go back. I'm like, what does that smell? I'm like, oh, from like a week ago. The ice creams in the back. But that's just the way it is, and it's it's it's things I will hold on to uh forever. But uh, but Charleston, man, I gotta tell you, I love this city. I love that we do our podcasts here. Um, I want to support more Charleston brands. If we could ever, especially I've said this before, but if there's a charity here, if there's if there's uh people that need a voice here, your company, whatever, just reach out. Um, I'm excited to celebrate this amazing city um as this podcast grows. And tell give us some stats, Sean. We had another big week. You guys are just showing up for the AJ Buckley show. What do we call what do we call the AJ Buckley fans of the show?
SPEAKER_02Insane?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I like that.
SPEAKER_02I don't I don't know.
SPEAKER_03You know, we could go back, this is a shout out to the ghost facers. So when I was over in England, they they there was a line, I think, that Katie Holmes said in uh it was in Disturbed Behavior, she said Razor. And I think it was Claire, my friend Claire, who's uh I've known for years. Um she's one of the head, she sort of runs all the stuff for Ghostfacer. She's like a a uh an honorary ghost facer. Um but uh she was like we like razors are words. So I think it's you know, we'll just stick with uh what we have already, you know, Team Razor. You know, the AJ Buckley show, we got the Team Razors, you know, sounds crazy because we are, but uh, I like that. So uh let's get Razor. It was so weird too when Kitty Holmes said it, we were all like, what does that mean? She's like, you know, James Mars and Nick Staller do a thing, and they're like, hey, like those are or we're gonna go, no, he's like, we're gonna go to like the point and uh hang out. And she's like, that sounds razor. So guys, that sounds razor. Um, anyways, uh this weekend though, we got uh we got a lot going on.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, there's some big soccer games.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, big tonight. Tonight, we got the USA World Cup against Paraguay, okay, in Los Angeles, and it is the country's first World Cup match on home soil since 1994. That was a see that every time I hear that, it gets me fired up. I do, I can't wait to the point where we can afford to put the we the disco ball and a fog machine. Yeah, that would be, you know, maybe DJ Cow will be like We the best. Yeah, we the best. That would be great. Um, maybe that'd be too much. But um, but it is a big game. And did you do some filming for the American?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I filmed with some of the goalies with the yes, or not yesbn TNT, they had the four goalies trying to make the so who is it the one that they picked? I'm not sure. I think three out of the four can make it, and they also had um TNT's newest host. I'm gonna I don't have I wasn't prepared for names, but I don't really know soccer that well.
SPEAKER_03But Sean's not prepared, but I got to see them all practice.
SPEAKER_02They were very private, dude. Like when they came out on the field, they're like, everybody who owns a camera, get off the field.
SPEAKER_03But you're like, I'm the camera guy.
SPEAKER_02Nope, they made us leave. They like they seriously up before their practice, and then when they came out, they like everybody go inside the facility, and we had a little bit of a little bit more.
SPEAKER_03Like, how do you how do you watch the stuff? Just like Fort Knox. Well, that's a little extreme for a goalkeeper.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I mean, their job is to I don't know. That seems that seems it was really cool though.
SPEAKER_02I mean, it's Team USA.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's Team USA. I'm excited. I'm excited because I've always understood as an Irishman, football, our football, how exciting this sport is. I've never understood it. No one can really give me an answer on this because football players overseas, they make way more money than our athletes here, like way more money. And when somebody was like, well, it's because of the advertisers, because you got to cut away, and soccer is a lot harder to do. I'm like, well, if it was because of the advertisers, why are the people overseas making more money? It just again, and when you go to like a Man United game or Liverpool or whatever it is, Arsenal, what it is absolute insanity. I will bet money that you can take the Super Bowl, the MLB, uh, and the uh as much energy as they're in in New York, combined for the Knicks right now, combine that all, and that will not even come close to the energy at a Man United game or any like a uh Real Madrid, anything.
SPEAKER_02Have you ever seen the movie uh Green Street Hooligans?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Oh, that's all I think of.
SPEAKER_03Whenever I think about that was Elijah Woods and uh uh Charlie Huntham.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, whenever whenever I think of like actual football games, I just think of that movie and I'm like, I want to do that. I want to burn down a pub after a game.
SPEAKER_03Well, that's aggressive. Um, I remember being in Brazil, I was over there doing a uh shoe campaign. My very first shoe campaign for Mr. Cat. Um it was really cool. I went over to one of my best friends, Skip, Ethan Erickson. He's a very handsome dude. And uh the dad, the dad of Mr. Cat was like the um, he ran it. Uh he was the head of it, and it was a very big shoe company, still is. Um he brought us to a game, I think covered the Flamingos. I will say this the people in the stands had fireworks, they set the stadium on fire, and no one freaked out. I was like, hey man, is that they're like, oh, that's normal.
SPEAKER_02That's just football.
SPEAKER_03They're like to the bang. Yeah, so uh, but uh this is really cool though, man. It is. It's the first World Cup on US soil since I had a bow cut and uh Tamagotchi. You remember Tamagotchi's?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, dude. I like I'm trying to get my kid into them.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I mine died.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's the that's the problem I have is they die within like 24 hours, and then your kid's upset and you're like, well, you can just reset it.
SPEAKER_03It's true. You know, but uh what's what what is intense about this though is they're in like a real serious bracket, right? So the World Cup, we're for those of you who don't know, works in brackets. You've got to get to the top of the bracket. And but the who's who's in their bracket? Does it do we have that there?
SPEAKER_02I can pull it up really quick.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, pull it up. So and I'm in a I'm in uh in my neighborhood. Uh we have all pulled different teams. I wish Ireland was in it, it'd be super exciting. Um, but I pulled Japan. So I don't even know no slight on Japan because they're in the World Cup and Ireland is not, and we should be.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, so USA's in group D, which is the United States, Australia, Paraguay, and Turkey.
SPEAKER_03So Paraguay's legit. This is gonna be a tough. This is a tough, but they can do it. I I feel like the oh gosh, it would be so good just to get out of this bracket, you know, because the energy here, like you were talking about it, the thing where you were in Jamaica. Yeah, in Jamaica, and you were in your heatingism, right?
SPEAKER_02Or some swinger resort you were doing something like that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, you're just you know, throwing the old hog around. You know, isn't Sean's trick like, hey, watch this, and you stick your thing in the pina colada, and then you're like, this tastes delicious. Hey, it's quite the trick. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Here we go again.
SPEAKER_03It's it's uh it is it is true. The only weird thing he was in a clown suit.
SPEAKER_02So I was some people have different fetishes in Japan.
SPEAKER_03All right. Um, but uh yeah, I'm uh I am excited. But yeah, I have Japan. I don't know what bracket they're in. I I I was even like I was like, wow, Japan. But again, you just don't know. Japan is like when even with baseball, when I when I realized that how good Japanese were players players, Japanese players were in baseball, I'm like, don't count them out.
SPEAKER_02Well, they dominated the winter Olympics, so Japanese did? Yeah, dude, their snowboarding team, like their freestyle snowboarders are a next level. Yeah, they they are so Japan's group F with Netherlands, Sweden, and Tunisia.
SPEAKER_03Oh, actually, they might actually they might they might wow, they might be the dark horse. Uh so that's dope. And then on Saturday, Saturday, we have the UFC, and I saw this video and I was like, this is good. So Travis Pastrana, who is one of the most famous uh motocross guys, he wrote Nitro Circus. He's even when we were at with uh Black Rifle Coffee with um uh uh JT and those guys, and he was just telling he drives um for them. Just the stuff that this guy's done is insane. Remember, he drove through the casino and like just crazy stuff. But he ran into Dana White and was like, hey, what's your thoughts on me like doing a backflip over the UFC cage on Saturday to get the show started? And then he was like, I think that's a great idea. So he is gonna be backflipping his dirt bike over the entire cage to start the show. I mean, uh, you know, a grown man is launching a motorcycle over a steel cage for fun, you know. His only note though, he did say, he's like, just make sure that you get really good camera angles. Okay. There's different there's just different men out there. Like, I literally tweaked my I threw my back out sneezing, and it was so embarrassing in front of my kids. I was like, sneezing, I'm like, ooh. Like, what's wrong? And I'm like, and Travis Persana is literally like, make sure you got a good camera angle. It just, it's uh, that's what it is. But that's the best way to segue into this week's top 10 most viral videos on Unfiltered Friday. So what do we have? What is the number 10? As we get older, it is so important to stay on top of our blood work. That's why I'm incredibly proud to have Pure RX, one of our sponsors of the show. Go to aj.purex.co, type in time to shine in the notes, and you will get 50% off your blood work. It's summertime. You want to go camping, you want to go off-road and get your truck, a lift kit. Go to total off-road. TJ and Dan are my guys here in Charleston. They're the best. Huge thank you to them for being sponsors of the show. You got a Paver and Princess, head to Total Off-Road, get your truck lifted like a real man.
SPEAKER_00Number 10.
SPEAKER_02The Iowa Kangaroo. A loose kangaroo in Iowa gets caught by deputies and is, quote, released on its own reconnaissance.
SPEAKER_03Released on its own, oh, let's watch this. Oh, look at that little fella. Okay.
SPEAKER_02There was one loose in Mount Pleasant.
SPEAKER_03Okay, so the c oh, so.
SPEAKER_02Did you see that? Like our local news had a loose kangaroo the other day.
SPEAKER_03What?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I saw it. I almost sent it to you.
SPEAKER_03So the kangaroo gets out. And uh kangaroo is caught hopping around. This is wow. Oh, he's so cute. You know what's so crazy? Like, when I was in Australia, kangaroos is like they're just everywhere. Like they're just everywhere, like they're like the crocs here, right?
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_03By the way, alligators. Alligators, sorry, alligators. By the way, we had a uh uh like a four-foot croc in our backyard the other day, and this is the first time I've seen like we're where we have brackish water.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's odd for them to be in brackish.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, because usually they go when they're so this alert goes to our neighborhood and like, hey, um, alligator. And first time he's like, it's 14 feet. And I'm like, oh my god. And we were just out there fishing, and I'm like, oh wow, okay. And I've always thought I'm like, uh, this is but my buddy Brian Frick, who I really want to get on the show, um, he put his drone up and uh found it. And he like he he was still a little guy, like he was like four feet, but that's like four feet will like, you know, you'll lose a finger or he'll eat your dog. And my dog, Oaks, I would be devastated. I would actually go in after him. Um, but um it reminded me, thinking about that, of the kangaroo in Australia. You remember that video where the guy, the kangaroo was fighting his dog, was holding the dog. So the kangaroo is terrifying. They're actually really tough. Like that the tails are so they can go back and then their front legs pop up and they they claw you. Yeah, and they rip you open. It's not like an alligator dick where it comes out of the leg. It's they've got big muscular uh legs that just like hit you. And this tough Aussie, who the Aussie men are just like they they are like just ready to go. You want to fight? Uh, and it goes down and like punch, he throws a left hook to this kangaroo, and the kangaroo is so shocked. I wonder if we can play it. Maybe we could be able to play it if we can.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I'll see if I can find that.
SPEAKER_03Um, but he literally cracked, there's a left hook on this guy, or maybe even like a one-two. This kangaroo is like boom, and the dog is let go. He's like, All right, all right, and the kangaroo kind of squares up with him. But I mean, I do I do love me some uh some kangaroos. They're so cute, but then they're literally terrifying. But they'll be like, you'll wake up in the middle of Australia and they'll be like boom.
SPEAKER_02I bet that's more common in Australia than we realize.
SPEAKER_03Like kangaroos?
SPEAKER_02No, just like having to fist fight a kangaroo in your front yard. Like you imagine a good night out on the weekend coming home and there's a big kangaroo standing between you and your bed. You're about four tequila shots too many.
SPEAKER_03The problem is why is there kangaroo in your bed?
SPEAKER_02No, like outside your house. I'm saying.
SPEAKER_03Oh, yeah. Yeah, or you just think it's a kangaroo.
SPEAKER_02We need to ask our friends at Country Outdoors about this.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, oh yeah, yeah, Mary and Zach. So, anyways, you know, you gotta think about it though. Kangaroo got released on its own reconnaissance. That was the actual title that the the cop put on the thing, and that's what made it go right. Like once they they posted that and that little handle right there.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, they said like within 18 hours it was viral.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it went, it went uh it went crazy. It's it's so crazy when you this with social media and stuff, the little things that you do. And when you think about it, the kangaroo got on its own reconnaissance. That sheriff right there brought more attention to his department than anything that's ever happened. So that guy needs a raise, and we need more kangaroo stuff. What is the next one? What do we got?
SPEAKER_00Number nine.
SPEAKER_02The sewer people. Men keep climbing out of New York manholes at 2 a.m. The police investigated, and they now have made a few arrests.
SPEAKER_03This is I saw this and I was so I was like, what is going on? Because you know, you think about Teenage McNinja Turtles, Casey, is it Casey Jones? So let's see this. But, you know, underground cities and especially with just with like heightened terrorism and stuff like that.
SPEAKER_02Like I see a lot of these videos on TikToks where people like explore under Chicago and understanding.
SPEAKER_03Well, yeah, there's all these cities that we've built sort of on of like years ago.
SPEAKER_02It's not really cities, it's like um power, yeah, train station. But people live down there. Like people Oh, yeah, there's a whole documentary called City Under the Lights. Yeah, Donatello, Raphael, Splinter, Splinter. They got good pizza down there.
SPEAKER_03They do. You know, side note, this is really crazy. I remember being up for the voice of uh Michelangelo, and I was so excited, dude. I was so they're like, we went back and for voiceover, they just bring you in into like, hey, you but for the latest one with like Megan Fox, I guess it was. No, no, no. It was just for the for the cartoon.
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, no, not for uh that it was just the cartoon like Saturday mornings. Um I did though, fun fact, uh, for those who watch Ninja Turtles, I played Pigeon Pete, who was uh this like a little smoke and crack pigeon. He's got like eyeballs going everywhere, and I'm like, What I can't even remember what my voice was, but. But they kind of gave me that as a consolation ground. So, anyways, back to the show. Number nine. The guys come out of the tunnel, which is scary, right? Especially with all the stuff that's going on in the world. But people are kind of brushing it off. Other people are like, this is a big deal. But since early May, group of seven or eight guys keep coming in and out of these manholes overnight in Brooklyn and Queens with headlamps and and tools, right?
SPEAKER_02I think a lot of this has that back. Have you seen the backrooms thing?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02That's really big on TikTok right now. And I think a lot of his people are like finding like entrances into old abandoned malls, and it's like it's like an exploring trend.
SPEAKER_03When they were said like um the cops like with these guys, like, you know, when they uh uh interrogate them, they're like, we were looking for treasure. And it's like, okay, that's what I say, like my my nine-year-old at 2 a.m. Yeah. It's like, I it's again, it listen, I'm gonna tell you this. The idea in New York City that anybody shocked that at 2 a.m. something's crawling out of a man's hole. I'm telling you right now, it's not the first time that's happened. But a bam, thank you, Chappelle. I'm on the fly today. These, I'm telling you, I'm three sips into this gallon of high knee. I don't know where the show's gonna go, but I can tell my face, I can't feel it right now. I don't know what's gonna happen, but whatever happens, it's all my fault. Um, number eight, what do we got?
SPEAKER_00Number eight.
SPEAKER_02Pope versus Bad Bunny. I like him. The first American Pope flying into Madrid jokes that Bad Bunny is outdrawing him this weekend.
SPEAKER_03Let's watch the clip. Play the tape, Sean. One thing I want to know about why do they all have the same haircut? You've never had a Pope with like like locks, just just like a good head of lettuce, just totally flown down. Like, imagine him. He's he looks like the dude. Imagine, like, I'm telling you right there, is it Jeff Bridges that was the dude from Big Lebowski?
SPEAKER_02I don't know. I'm not gonna give it a name. I've seen it, I just I'm not gonna go with names.
SPEAKER_03Because if you were gonna tell me like you didn't see Bill and Teddy's adventure, but you didn't know.
SPEAKER_02I went and watch that. Half of it. Yeah, I turned it off.
SPEAKER_03We're talking about the Pope, Sean. Sorry. Um, so but if the Pope looked like the big Lebowski, even more, but like he he, you know, they keep it high and tight. Um, what I do like about this guy, not that because he's an American Pope, any Pope is good, but this guy understands media. He knows how to bring the younger audience in. Because what was the first thing he did? He hit it 6'7, that went viral. Yeah. Now he's doing this. I mean, he's Chicago guy, right? So this is this is great. You need this to bring in a younger generation because I grew up Irish Catholic, ain't nothing wrong with it, but it's just a routine that seems a little at times for younger generation, is I just for me, no, no shade on on the Irish Catholic. Uh um, it just I would I would want to go, but maybe just the way my mind is. Like when I found the church Seacoast, and it just the way it starts off, and it's like there's a rock show. Like it, you know, with the rock show or not, it's just the way that the the like my pastor Joel um who's gonna come on the show. I talked to him the other day, he's gonna come on. I'm excited to have him come on. Uh, but I talked to Pastor Joel Joel about some stuff, and it was like it's just a way I feel like younger people connect because you're talking about other stuff, but you're incorporating what the Bible is, which is very confusing. So if you can relate it to modern day, it's um it's just good. And I think what this Pope is doing is genius. So whoever, I mean, they I don't think the like the the the Vatican has been ready for a Chicago Pope, you know. You think about it, you know, it's new age hip. You know, because like Chicago is like a deep dish pizza place, right? And and I've been to Italy and like they got at that thin crust. I wonder if like Pope's Pizza. Oh, dude, right there, the Pope's Pizza, right? Going deep on the Pope's Pizza. Um But he did though, he did some great, great stuff though. He he literally is checking the numbers against Bad Bunny. He knows who he's who's viral, you know. But I can see him now like coming up with some sort of thing like you know, like uh Entertainment Weekly. I remember they did one thing with me where they were like, What's in your bag going to the gym? And I was like, this is when I'm doing CSI New York. Are you a cop? Do you have a search warrant? No, but I was like, I was like, I was like, oh, my puppets is like, all right, got you in entertainment weekly. I'm like, oh, cool. They want to know what's in your gym bag.
SPEAKER_02I'm like, I've filmed a few of those before.
SPEAKER_03And I was like, that's so cool. And like, what's in it? And I'm like, uh, a towel and um a protein shake. And I'm like, no, no, no, I get the protein shake to the gym. Uh I'm like some sweaty clothes. And she's like, AJ, we gotta think of like things to I'm like, there they go, plain evidence. And I'm like, well, what do you want me to say? Like, I it's not like I had like anything, but then they were like, he had like the Lululemon yoga man. I'm like, I did not have that. Although I did try yoga, yeah. I did try I have tried yoga and Pilates, and hats off to anybody that can do that. One Pilates is the toughest thing I've ever done. I I I feel like I'm in pretty good shape and I'm pretty strong in my own mind. Um I took a Pilates class. I went with my wife, and I could not, I within 30 seconds, my body was doing that weird shake, and the moms are in there like, and breathe. And I'm like, You just don't like sitting still, AJ. No, no, no. This is your moving in this. You don't stop, you and it's like called a paraform or something. Like you got to push. And the lady was like, at first, she was like, We'll put you on one spring today. And I was like, Okay. Mike, you're saying that because I'm a dude and this is all women here, and you try to like dude. I could not even do the one spring. I, on top of that, I I I pushed through it, and they're like, they're like, everyone's like, You did such a good job. Thanks for you were so good. I literally quit like a minute and a half into it and was like, all right, this is you. I tried, um, and uh I didn't really get out of it. Uh, but I was so sore. The other time I did a yoga class, I'm not gonna lie, we went into downward dog about 30 seconds into it and I ripped one. I was like, I was like, okay, this is and I'm like, I remember looking back and like, who did that?
SPEAKER_02Dude, we used to do some like off-scripted content, like the no maps, no plans things. We should do something like that with you doing goat yoga. Like you like just film it and post it onto YouTube play.
SPEAKER_03Oh, yeah, there is goat yoga. We could do goat yoga for. I would like to get I would like to get back into yoga, but I'd like it to not like the slow, like the aggressive stuff. I think there's a company called like core yoga here that does it, but it's good for you. As you get older, you gotta stay a little, you gotta stay a little flexible.
SPEAKER_02Kind of like the Pope is when he's checking his numbers against Bad Bunny.
SPEAKER_03That is true. So uh, all right, what do we have? What do we have next? What what number are we at? I lost. So I go I'm going on tangents today, but it's okay.
SPEAKER_02No, I think it's flowing really good, dude. I think it's going great. Thanks, Sean.
SPEAKER_03All right, before we get into number seven, I just want to bring this up because it's important to me, and um, I think it's important to a lot of our listeners because I know a lot of our listeners are veterans, and uh mental health is a big thing. And June is bringing light onto men's mental health. And I've struggled with stuff in my life, um, and uh it's been tough, and I've I've had some things of as of late that I've never experienced before, and it's scary, it is scary, but I will tell you this talking about it and going to see somebody changes everything. Um, and I can say that more so now um having gone through some things, and um you don't everything is worse in your own mind. Your your mind plays tricks on you and and you feel like there's no way out, and you feel like I did for the very first time. I felt like the the world was I I just got it right now, like the the things just get very tight in the chest, and you're up late and you're pacing around the house, and you're just trying to figure things out. So um I thank God I've got some really good friends and I've got some people that check in, and and for the first time ever, I really have a better understanding how much the mind can make it worse. This this play that just goes over and over and over again. And everything is fixable. What's not fixable is or doing something to yourself because that hurts so much. The ripple effect after that is just so catastrophic, and the ones that you love are left for the rest of your life worrying about this. So all I will say is this go get help. Check in on your friends when you think you should. And when you when even when you're you're you're um even when the you feel like they're okay, just just check in. And everybody should just check in with not just with with men, just everyone should just check in with everybody because from the outside everything might look great, and from the inside, everybody's on their own journey. And my journey's my journey, and your journey is yours. But I will tell you this it's important that we just look out for each other as human beings, just check in. It's important. And getting help for me going to church and finding a group of men at Seacoast that I I I've become friends with, it's been a great thing. I've got some amazing um uh friends here and just friends from over the years. And uh I tried to hide it, I really did, and it didn't do any good. So uh I'm gonna be open about things on this show, um, about things that I struggle with. And that's for the first time something I I I wit I've been I'm going, I'm still going through it. Um and I'll be I'll be honest about it. But I am, you know, going to therapy and talking about it and getting through it. And uh it's a good thing. It's a good thing. Um, I'm a flawed man and I'm trying to figure it out. I'm winging it. So let's celebrate men's mental health. Let's check in on our guys. Um, have your 3 a.m. buddy. Uh everybody should have their 3 a.m. buddy. So there we go. Let's get back to the show. On that note, let's start laughing.
SPEAKER_00Number seven.
SPEAKER_02Joey Chestnut. Joey Chestnut pleads guilty, gets probation, and then sets a baloney world record.
SPEAKER_03Okay, this guy right here, but he's undefeated, right? He's the only guy that like Yes.
SPEAKER_02So Joey Chestnut pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor battery for slapping a man at a bar. He was sentenced to a hundred and eighty days, 180 days probation, no jail. And then the reporters asked questions, can you still compete? And his answers was, I have no restrictions.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Then he went on to win the ultimate baloney showdown in Tennessee, 16 pounds in eight minutes, a world record.
SPEAKER_03And then he, July 4th, that's where I always see him from July 4th. But I'll tell you this. If he had a gun to jail, I'm telling you right now, Joey, bag of donuts, is gonna have a lot more than hot dogs in his mouth. I'll tell you that right now. Give me it, give me it, Sean. Pow, chappelle. Yeah, I did. I would tell you this. I will tell you this. They I remember seeing like a, I think he had a documentary or something, or behind the scenes, or whatever it was, but they show your stomach and it looks like a balloon of like what it can take, and it shows what happens to his stomach. And they've got to train all year.
SPEAKER_02It's like a stretch.
SPEAKER_03Do you know how like the hot dogs like are just like one, like you go to the baseball game, you get a hot dog. It's great.
SPEAKER_02Dude, I just worry about the constipation, like the bread and the ugh. I feel sick just.
SPEAKER_03Are we are we really talking about your bowel movements?
SPEAKER_01Maybe.
SPEAKER_03Well, it's you know, but uh I'm telling you that the the the hot dog thing though, it's because nitrates and whatever it is, and those are like, but they soak them in water and then they push them. It just looks so it's so disgusting. I mean, and this is like an American tradition, you know. I I will, you know, it's not like Ireland's like, how many potatoes can we stuff down our throat today on St. Patrick's Day? Let's do this, yes. And these guys get major sponsorships. You know what I mean? There you go. It's like well, it just it really is, you know, the things that, but again, I'll tell you what, it's like watching a train wreck. You're like, I'm I'm I'm into it. So I'm glad you're not going to jail, and I'm glad you can't compete because you got no restriction. But let me just tell you this Joey's not to be messed with. The fame might be getting to him. You know, and what did he slap that guy for? I wonder what the comment was. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I don't know. I wonder, I I it doesn't say in my note, my show notes, but I don't know. I imagine it had something to do with how many hot dogs he could fit in his mouth.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I mean, there is, there is, there's something triggers Joey. We need to find that out. If anybody knows what triggers Joey bag of donuts, uh, put it in the comments because I would like to know what that is. And then we'll maybe we should get him on the show.
SPEAKER_02That'd be crazy after you just said all of that stuff about him.
SPEAKER_03Maybe, maybe he'll fucking he'll slap me. He'll be like, uh, I'm coming out of the booth. Um all right, on to the next one. What are we at? No, what number are we at?
SPEAKER_00Number six.
SPEAKER_02Number six, the age reversal hype. In January, it was clear that the first ever human trial of epigenet reprogramming therapy, the big deal in the life bioscience is tied to Harvard's David Sinclair drug called ER100.
SPEAKER_03ER100. I'm telling you right now, I wish we could, I mean, who doesn't want to reverse your age? And they're saying now with science, like our generation will be the first generation to like the way science is moving with AI and everything, that we are actually going to be able to seriously reverse aging. Like, and but not just like from like Botox or whatever it is, but like from the inside, which is genetic, like a genetic thing where you can, you know, and this guy, you know, with it's it's like hair and um uh your skin and then all the your organs, like your telomeres, I think it's called, which which uh um uh your is it I believe it's attached to your DNA and it gives you like your your longevity and all the sorts of things. It's really fascinating how they can break it down nowadays and really get into they can identify something, they can see where you're going and what you can do to prevent it, and even so much so where there's damage done and you can reverse it. No joke, I started doing this um uh olive oil, um, a whole lemon with uh one ounce of olive oil uh and um cayenne pepper? The cayenne pepper and uh methane blue in the morning. I blended up all the whole lemon. Drink that every morning before. And I'm not gonna lie, I really feel good. Like it, it uh, and they said that there alone does wonders for your liver. So I'm sure people are gonna be like, no, that's not true. But for me it works, so I'm gonna keep doing it. I don't care what you put in the comments. But uh, this is exciting though. I think we're we're we're in a very exciting time for science. And you know, the FDA's just gotta get out of the way. The FDA is like, let's figure out how we can make money, which I get, but um, when I went over to Columbia to Medagine and got bioaccelerator stem cell, that's still like they've been doing that now for 10 years, but they've been doing it longer in in Germany. Um, and that really helps people, and it helps people to the point where they don't have to go get surgery. Like what I got done with them, like something like 300 million stem cells put on my spine. I had been going up to New York to go get uh consultation on four different parts of my back I need to get spine surgery on. And it's not like I've met anybody that's like, man, I had some back surgery and it was awesome. Everyone's like, I think it made it worse. Like you fuse your spine. That sounds terrible. Someone's like, you know, I'm not making fun of anybody that has it, but like when you fuse your spine, you're like, someone calls you and be like, hey man, hey, you know, you you become like a thumb, you know. So, and listen, I've got a cute thumb. Anybody moves that way, you're adorable, and I love you. Yeah, you do. I would say that uh it's an exciting time to be alive, take care of yourself, and we make it through the next 10 years, we will be able to do that as long as the as long as the American FDA gets out of the way. So, um, what do we got next?
SPEAKER_02Number five The Aliens. And I want to start this by saying, AJ, do you know what today is?
SPEAKER_03It's disclosure day.
SPEAKER_02It is. Is that why you're drinking the big one?
SPEAKER_03Oh well, every Friday I like to drink the big one. Oh, come on, Sean. That was good. You know what's so crazy when you have headphones on, you lean in and you're like, my voice sounding real deep. It tickles it tickles my ear. I will tell you, it's like MSN, what is that called where they do ASMR. ASMR.
SPEAKER_02Or BDSM, which is everyone you're into.
SPEAKER_03Well, the only obviously, obviously. Uh ball gang and some leather. Um that's a Friday. Um, so but I would say this the uh uh the SMR thing is all fun and games until people want to watch them slurping noodles.
SPEAKER_02Ashley, Ashley really loves when they like break bread and bunchy food. I can't.
SPEAKER_03So you put in the headphones and it like, but I the sound the sound of from I'm just one of those people. If somebody is a loud eater, like mom, I I it's like, and there's an actual condition for it. I you can look it up, Sean. There's actually a condition.
SPEAKER_02I got I have it. Whatever it is, if I hear you eating, I'm not sure.
SPEAKER_03So just look it up right now and see what it's called. So um perplexity is uh not a sponsor, but we're we're using perplexity and we're putting their name out there and hope one day that they'll uh realize this is the greatest show on earth. Uh but perplexity, what does perplexity say?
SPEAKER_02Misophonia?
SPEAKER_03Misohony.
SPEAKER_02Misophonia can have strong emotional reactions to specific sounds such as chewing, lip smacking, crunching, slurping.
SPEAKER_03I've had this since I was a child. I remember if somebody was eating their cereal and they were slurping that thing, or like even like it just it it does something inside of me. It's it's the same reaction when people because nails on a chalkboard don't bother.
SPEAKER_02You know what does it for me? The sound of velcro ripping makes me want to throw up. Like I instantly like it took me a long time, especially like you know.
SPEAKER_03I think we should do one show. No, please stop doing a velcro every segment just to see at what point.
SPEAKER_02I can think about it and get nauseous.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, see the eating thing, I don't know what it is, and it's a weird thing. I do know somewhere I read that it's tied to a very you have that because you're highly intelligent. Um, not the velcro thing, but food thing is is because of high intelligence. So that's what I'm saying. So, anyways, we're at number five. What is it, Sean?
SPEAKER_02A Pentagon whistleblower told cameras this week that the government knows about several kinds of aliens.
SPEAKER_03Okay, not to not to beat a dead horse, but last week we covered the four different kinds. What were they again? They were Nordic. Nordic?
SPEAKER_02Reptilian, the Grays, the Grays, and then the Insectoids.
SPEAKER_03Insectoids were the fashionists, and the the reptilians, we as I mentioned at the beginning of the show, have their dick come out of their leg with a little hook on it. So uh, but this guy, he said there was a bunch of other ones, okay it was David Gresh. Yeah, David Gresh. He was a four he's a former uh Pentagon Intel officer, and he said the government is aware of several kinds of non-human intelligence. But this is what pisses me off. He says it on air, okay, and that's his claim, but he is not he's not seen personally or or seen what seen them personally, or he's not seen the craft. He's just relaying what he was told. And then that's that's where I'm like, okay. So did you you're the whistleblower that is freaking out, but he's just saying what he was told. So is this part of the deflect?
SPEAKER_02I feel like it's like one of those people you interview in the back row, and it's like, I done seen them darn. I like to do it.
SPEAKER_03If you look at um Bob Lazar's documentary, which I highly recommend going doing, so he because the one guy that I will say is the most connected to all this is like Bob Lazar, because he came out with stuff in I believe it was the 80s.
SPEAKER_02Um Is he the one who looks like the alien?
SPEAKER_03No, no, no, no, no. Um that's that other doctor guy. Uh and you are beautiful. I know you're somebody because God doesn't make junk. You're special. Bam. Uh, but I always say this um this guy, Bob Lazar, like the stuff that he came out and said is all what they're describing now. And back then they're like, that's not true. This guy's crazy. But he he was the first many, many years ago to come out, and he came out in Joe Roger and the Bob Lazar thing. He's now, I think he's got another one, but he's drawn the ships. Everything that he said is has come true.
SPEAKER_02So he's like George Orwell.
SPEAKER_03What is that, 1984?
SPEAKER_021984 and the Animal Farm and Yeah, that Joe George, don't don't get me depressed.
SPEAKER_03That's uh that's some free stuff. But the point being is Bob Lazar during his he talks about this time when he goes into the secret base at uh NASA, or not NASA, at Area 51, and they put each like no scientist or engineer ever, like they all they're all isolated in a certain way, and they're all given very specific information. No one scientist or engineer is given the same information. So if anything gets out, they know who where the leaked it. Yeah, who leaked it. So this is where I I lean on my expertise in. Alien and Tonology and Reptilians with the Hook Dick. That if you can't show pictures, because he said one of them was like a blob. I'm like, okay. There's a movie called The Blob. Another one is they look like again. I prefer the drawings of the Simpson characters and the ones we had last week. So I would like to see what they look like. So, but it is what it is. At the end of the day, a man went on TV, said the government knows about several kinds of aliens.
SPEAKER_02Maybe by the end of the day, we'll get to see an alien.
SPEAKER_03You know, you never know.
SPEAKER_02Maybe.
SPEAKER_03But if you think about it, like this guy actually goes on TV, he knows about several kinds of aliens, but then he can't name any of them. He said several, but he can't name one. A variety pack. I mean, give me the menu. Okay? The rule is if if you say you've seen something, like, or you see seen a UFO and you don't have any iPhone or thing, it's like, bro, you just like, well, like well, you I couldn't get to my phone. It's like what I okay. Yeah, you maybe took some mushrooms and you're rolling around pounding sand, bro. There was no aliens there.
SPEAKER_02What about this, AJ? What about this theory? We got one of the biggest cage fights coming up. Disclosure day. What if it's like a real-world mortal combat? Like we're taking the US's best fighters, we're getting the blob, the Nordic. What if it's Mortal Kombat, dude? Fight for universe.
SPEAKER_03Okay, there is this, and we can put the link in this. It's an extra thing. Just shows you how deep I am in aliens. There is a uh fortune teller, or what are they called what are the people that see the future called?
SPEAKER_02Um uh oh gosh, scam artist.
SPEAKER_03No, uh what are they called though?
SPEAKER_02Um the people that uh I my brain just went blank.
SPEAKER_03What are they called? The people in the uh that are listening to right now, they're like, it's a a psychic, a psychic clairvoyant medium.
SPEAKER_02So yeah.
SPEAKER_03So a person in Brazil basically said that they had a vision during the World Cup when Brazil was playing, the aliens are gonna show up and suck everybody up. Something like that. We'll have to just at that soccer match. Just look it up real quick. Just type in Brazilian clairvoyant uh vision uh uh football.
SPEAKER_02This is gonna be good.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, this is I saw this this morning. My again, my algorithm knows how much I talk about aliens, even to the point like my kids will be like, I'm like, hey guys, let's put something on. And they're like, and all three of them at the same time, they're like, not ancient aliens, dad. We're not watching that again. Like it's the same thing over. I'm like, it's not, guys.
SPEAKER_02There you go. A viral clairvoyant is warning, claiming that aliens will invade a Brazil versus Scotland soccer game on June 24th at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida. The wild rumor originated from Brazilian psychic Vopiana, who advised fans to avoid the June 24th match due to its bizarre invasion prediction.
SPEAKER_03Get your balls out in my face, you dirty rat. That's my uh Scottish.
SPEAKER_02They're just gonna treat him like streakers and let him go take pictures with the top athletes and leave.
SPEAKER_03What happens? I mean, it's just I mean, just again, it's to disclose your day today. Okay, so hopefully, hopefully, this is not just that random. We're now on a broken rock, and this podcast is playing an eternity. We're all up in heaven, is just stardust. And this podcast is on loop, and I see you floating behind a rock. I'm like, dude, it happened, it's so crazy.
SPEAKER_02Three million years later, they're someone's taking this out of a rock, and they're this is what they think. Maybe that's what reason.
SPEAKER_03Maybe that's you know, because people have talked about like we are just being played back as a memory.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, AJ Buckley was the first president.
SPEAKER_03That's yeah. Uh yeah, that's a that's about I mean, you should have had some excitement. I'm telling you like this, there would be a lot of of like, ah, fuck it. We don't need to do that. Let's just have fun. Let's drink some high noon. You know what? Oh, didn't it hit that yet? Dude, Sean, put in the comments what type of other music. Bum, bum, bum. This song doesn't make me happy. And based on that, I'm gonna take another of my I want to see how much okay, it's 700 milliliters. Wow. I'm telling you right now, this is this is dangerous. We're not even we're uh we're ready to let me just let me go in here.
SPEAKER_02While you're doing that, let's go ahead and move on.
SPEAKER_00Number four.
SPEAKER_02The blanket fort. Nevada has been a little bit.
SPEAKER_03Time, did you say the blanket fart?
SPEAKER_02Blanket fort.
SPEAKER_03Isn't that called a Dutch oven?
SPEAKER_02I don't know.
SPEAKER_03When you fart and your significant other is like in the bed, but you put the covers over her and you hold her down, you're like, I thought that was just marriage. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_01Man, so funny.
SPEAKER_03Like, if you think about like the first date, you know, you always see those like the videos where it's like the first like six months of in a relationship, and it cuts to like marriage eight years later.
SPEAKER_02You're like you got everyone running, the kids are running out of their bedrooms, like, Dad, was that an earthquake?
SPEAKER_03I have the the best wife in the world, and she's stunning. Um, but some of the time, and it's I listen, I will be the first to say, she's like, and my daughter will is like, Dad, let's do spa day. I'm like, all right. But my wife will put on like all of these like Korean mask things, and then the red light thing, and like my daughter's into it, and like her hair is pulled back, and like their hairs all and stuff. And my sons and I are just like, they're like, What's going on here? But I will say this every once in a while when you get a little, you know, the face mask done, and you get the you know, my that that you wake up with a little glow, you're like, man.
SPEAKER_02I didn't know you were into facials.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I love them, man. They're they're really good. Don't keep your thumb away from that. This is a kid show, Sean. You sick little man. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You give the guy, what are you even drinking over there?
SPEAKER_02Um, it's a transfusion high noon. It kind of tastes like cough syrup. And uh not a bad thing.
SPEAKER_03Isn't that what Justin Bieber got in trouble for for drinking? Oh, this is a true story. The ADD brain. The other day, I was at a Harris teeter. Can't make this up. The guy at the checkout bends down as if he's looking for a bag, and I can clearly see him taking like a medication, like chugging cough syrup. And I was like, hey, pal, probably go to the bathroom for that. I'm like, you got a problem.
SPEAKER_02In high school, we called that triple C's.
SPEAKER_03Why?
SPEAKER_02You take like a bunch of cough syrup and just trip out. That just sounds it's terrible for you. I mean, I didn't condone it.
SPEAKER_03Man, that and and like uh uh where they they do like whippets and stuff.
SPEAKER_02Oh god, that's the worst.
SPEAKER_03Dude, I've seen some kids and I'm like, dude, this is or no joke. I we had some crazy people up in Canada, and I remember at a party someone was like, let's have some gasoline. I was like, What?
SPEAKER_01Why can't we just do regular drugs?
SPEAKER_03I was but I I just remember where some dudes like okay, this is this party sucks. Let's have some gasoline, and then just some other dudes like, yeah, let's do it. And then the other kids are like, Okay.
SPEAKER_02I'm not gonna say where I worked at this place. Did you have gasoline? No, no, no, no. This is a true story, too. We hired this guy at this place I worked at, and um, we had like a store.
SPEAKER_03Was it a gas station?
SPEAKER_02No, no, no, no. It was like a manufacturing facility, and um, we hired this guy, he was a new temp, and he was probably like a temporary hire. Like he's there through a company. Yeah, so he's probably about 50 years old, and where we sent him out to the warehouse to go get something, and they're like, dude, where'd so and so go, Sean? Go find him. There, you know, everybody's getting upset because this guy didn't come back. And I walk back there, and this guy is foaming out the mouth. He went and hit a thing of like uh like R34 Freon. Like he went, like it's like what you fill your air conditioner up with. But he like drank it? No, like he inhaled it, like he hit it. I don't know, I think he hit was an addict or something, but like the owner of the shop came over and was like, get him out of here. This guy better not die in my facilities. Like, but it was the scariest thing because you walk in the back of the warehouse and you hear the bottle hissing because it's like a Freon bottle, right? A big container. And then this guy just like foaming, having seizures. I had to call 911. It was terrifying.
SPEAKER_03I remember when uh there was a time where people were sniffing, like snorting bath salts, and they were going ape shit.
SPEAKER_02Dude, they were turning into zombies.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that just I mean, dude, that just I mean, you just just and then there was like this thing with kids on on TikTok that were like eating, eating the the Tide Pods. What in the hell?
SPEAKER_02I still refer to them as the Tide Pod generation when I'm on set. Yeah. Like I don't ever let a Gen Z talk back to me because I I remind them. Yeah. I'm like, you guys ate Tide Pods for likes.
SPEAKER_03Yep. Yeah, it's a it's uh it's it's very it's very uh it's odd. I've just my brain's never been uh it's never seemed exciting. I've always been like, this is a bad idea, you know. The conscience part goes up. And that's one thing in raising my kids, I'm always like, guys, do not like I've done some crazy things, but like you have to be able to say, hey, you know what?
SPEAKER_02This is not smart.
SPEAKER_03I'm like, yeah. And I'm all I'm like, hey boys, they might call you a loser, they might call you well, all these other things be like, you know, live to fight another day. Way better. Anyways, I don't know what we keep all these standards, but it is. I'm filtered Friday, and I'm almost done this high noon.
SPEAKER_02This is a good episode, dude.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, dude, you're not asleep over there and fucking grumpy lumpy. You're a you were poopy pants. But you know what? I I know I didn't make you smile.
SPEAKER_02You always make me smile. I do, I know. So number four, the blanket fort. Nevada high school. Oh, we were still here? Yeah, Nevada high schoolers break the world record for the largest blanket fort, and they stole the title off of South Carolina.
SPEAKER_03Well, that just breaks my heart, South Carolina. So this actually, I'll tell you this. As a kid, you make forts, forts. My boys right now at the garage at home, they are building, we had a bunch of stuff delivered, and Bodie's like, Dad, whatever you do, don't throw the boxes out. And because they're off school right now, it's not like oh, I can say, oh, the garbage can. The garbage guys came and took it. And I'm glad I did because Ranger and Bodie have gone through more duct tape and painter's tape and everything, and they've built like an entire fort with like shelves and stuff in it. And I was like, man, this is. And this reminds me of my cousin Alec, who him and I were like growing up, we just did everything together. And we would go and like build forts, but like we would build, like we would find construction sites and we would dig all these things and just build forts, and like and that's when they too. That's the other thing. Like, there was no like we didn't have pagers or cell phones or anything. Like, we were just out, we're gone.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, our parents told us to get out the house.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and we were gone for the day, and then we come back. My only rule was was I had to be back when the street lights got within five minutes of the of the street lights going on, and I didn't have a watch or anything, but I knew I had to be home. But they were building this thing. So this is like amazing. The only thing I'm bummed out about is that South Carolina, they lost. And our good buddy Craig Conver over at Sewing Down South, I feel like you know, if he gets involved next year, we put an A-list team together.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you put Sewing Down South and a good charity together.
SPEAKER_03Oh man, we could do it. We could give this back because this one is designed and engineered by high schoolers, you know, and it's it's real like Guinness rules. Like no gap over an inch, every sheet touches the ground. Like it's it is very, very like they they're very strict about it. Was yeah, you know, the old record was South Carolina in 2024, and the kicker they built this for 150 um foster kids, that's awesome. Which is near and dear to my heart. Um but uh it is what it is. You know, Nevada was the team that took our blanket for it. I'm not gonna be mad at them, but it is war. I want every bed sheet in Charleston, and we are gonna need a forklift. I'm gonna get the Conver sewing down south. I knew all the moms right now are going, Craig Conver? That dude is one of the nicest human beings in the world, isn't he?
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah, he's awesome.
SPEAKER_03He literally is like he is there. Is not more like he what he's been able to build and do and his involvement with Hope for Warriors. He is I I've said it before, but what a stud. I'm very glad I've met this dude down here. But he is his schedule is absolutely insane. He's I will say he's I have a very, very busy schedule, but he's the one dude I'm like busier than me. And uh, but he's constantly trying to do other things, and he just came out with a book, Patch Kids are so I think there's a good time. I gotta tell him about this. But uh yeah, I could be mad about South Carolina losing the the biggest blanket for it thingy, but it's for the kids. So well played Nevada, Nevada. Uh well played Nevada. It's hats off to you. It's for the kids, so how can you be mad? All right, what do we got? Number three. Number three.
SPEAKER_02Number three, El Nino. N-O-AA is on El Nino watch, and forecasters say a super El Nino is the most likely outcome for later this year.
SPEAKER_03So, I mean, for those of you out there that remember the the Chris Farley days, who for me was one of my inspirations in comedy and uh like Tommy Boy and just all the stuff on Saturday Life. I always remember what like El Nino, the skip where he'd be like, El I am El Nino. Um, and I didn't know what it was. And um, what what is El Nino, actually, Sean, before we get into this?
SPEAKER_02Yes, so El Nino is a natural climate pattern where surface water in the central and eastern Pacific Ocean become warmer than normal for several months. That warmer ocean water changes wind patterns and shifts weather around the world. In simple terms, normal years, the wind will push warm Pacific water towards Asia and Australia. During El Nino years, those winds weaken so warm water spreads back towards South America. And this can cause issues like global warming temperatures, more rain and flooding, droughts, changes in hurricane patterns, warmer winters in parts of northern U.S., and then wetter conditions across the southern U.S.
SPEAKER_03I'm just can I can I just throw a flag on the play on this? This is my hope. They they make it so weather people make it so broad. No, so broad. It's like this could happen and this is gonna be the biggest. The global warming. Like, I get it. Yes, there's things, things are happening, but it's also it's ever changing, right? Like, even when back in the day when they were saying, like during the you know, when it was cold, they're like, the earth is gonna be frozen in 20 years, like the ice age. So, and listen, you learn from new things. I'm not denying climate climate change. I'm not well versed enough to get in any sort of debate on that. I think we should take care of Mother Earth 100%. Um, but this is such a blanket, they're like, they're saying that 82% that it's gonna show up by midsummer, 96% by winter, and a strong or super version is most likely an outcome of late this year. So basically what they're saying It could come, it could happen, it could happen, but they make it like they're like, we got an 86% happening, it could happen midsummer, then uh, if it doesn't happen, 96 in the winter, and uh for some reason if it doesn't happen, then uh by the end of the year, we're gonna get something. And if it doesn't, they're gonna go, bah, you know.
SPEAKER_02A lot of that's just because it's prediction off of models, though. They don't really have like a fully accurate way of predicting it.
SPEAKER_03I mean, listen, we've had some ass kicker storms as of late, you know, like uh like last year, the first couple years that are here, we had like three hurricanes here, and then what the devastation we had in North Carolina that was not on any El Nino thing with the rain cloud.
SPEAKER_05Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_03And that just wiped everybody, which by the way, there's still people that are, you know, affected by those. Yeah. And the news has just moved on. I mean, that was vicious. So, you know, there is a weather system named El Nino. It has a 96% chance of messing things up, and they are calling it super. Super. So even the ocean right now is it's hyping itself up. Super. It is super. The Pacific warms up two degrees, and the entire planet, they they start improvising, you know? It's like the Red Cross is like, buy a life jacket, you know, Noah's Ark.
SPEAKER_02Milk and toilet paper, milk and toilet paper.
SPEAKER_03I mean, I got a bidet. Keep that bum clean. Uh dude, that's exciting. Um, I did hear, I don't know if I've ever told this story when I know I got a bidet during um uh uh COVID, but I heard on Joe Rogan he was like, I I got a bidet.
SPEAKER_02He's like I thought that was a water fountain in your bathroom.
SPEAKER_03No, you haven't seen like the when you turn the fan on. But the uh uh he was like, and this is what what sold me, he was like, You put poop on your leg like from a from your dog or something like that, do you just wipe it with toilet paper? No, you get like wet towel and you wash it off. And I was like, done the day, little like spritz. I will tell you this. When we first put it in there, water pressure was so hard. I shot up across the room, and then what we did, I was like, you know, this is a good thing.
SPEAKER_02Little little tickle.
SPEAKER_03No, no, it did like it, I I squirted water out my mouth. That the it was that powerful. I'm not even kidding. I was like, but the uh the crazy part was um I was like, let's play a prank. We were having people over that night and one of the guests went in there. Oh man, what it just was like they were it was the floor was slippery and they fell. It was funny until it wasn't. Um, but uh yeah. Anyways, El Nino, let's see what you got. Hopefully everybody stays safe, but uh only worry about the three feet in front of you and what you can control. All this else is uh it's neither here nor there. So, number two, Sean. What do we got?
SPEAKER_00Number two.
SPEAKER_02The Iwo Jima.
SPEAKER_03Man.
SPEAKER_02The USS Iwo Jima returns to Norfolk after 10 months at sea, two extensions, and 4,500 sailors and marines.
SPEAKER_03Well, I love this, man. Count up, you know, look at these guys. The dress blues and the whites. Well, those are Marines, so it's different than what the Navy ones. But I for the show we had to wear something similar to that. And he felt really like at first I remember wearing it, I was like, I feel like it's a kind of cracker drip. But then when you put it on, you're like, man, I look like a stud. You know, look at that. Like all these these guys have been gone for so long, and I remember this about SEAL team that I didn't have perspective of at all, was we did an episode and it was with um Ray's character with uh Neil Brown Jr., who absolutely crushed on the show as an actor. Um and he was deployed, and his wife was about to have a baby, and in my mind, you know, like you're like, of course, they let you go home to have a baby. It's a big moment. And I was talking to some of the guys, they're like, no, no. Like someone can die, something like you're you got a job today. And now I was like, man, like that is you know, on the special occasion, yes, there's things that happen, but a baby, I think that's up there. But no, there was that happened a lot. So a lot of these guys seeing their children for the first time. But not only that, think about not just take it away from like the special operation guys or the you know, the guys that are deployed. Think about like the wives and the kids that are she's gotta go to the hospital, like her water broke, and then you know, like you that's where you know, I realized what my duty as a man was when my wife was having our kids was like, you just gotta be ready to go, and you gotta keep her calm. And like imagine doing that by yourself where you don't have that, and you're and then you're also too worried about like are they ever gonna meet this little beautiful being? And uh, Sean just knocked over his drinking very heartfelt thing. He's had too much, he fell off his chair. Sean, are you okay, buddy?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I'm good.
SPEAKER_03He's good, and uh just want to let you know that was a five foot fall um for most people because Sean is actually only four foot eleven. He is four foot eleven, he fell off that his little feet dangle off the thing, it's super cute.
SPEAKER_024'11, 185.
SPEAKER_03My my kids, um actually, they're eight, and what we do is we hand he loves Sean loves Jordans, and we uh we give them uh when the kids feet get too big, we give them their little Jordans. Anyways, back to the story. Uh what's amazing about this is you don't realize as a civilian what they go through. So this is this is cool, man, and we're coming up to the 250th anniversary. Um, and freedom isn't free. And you know, I I I got more understanding of what that meant and what the families go through. The families, Gary Sini's Foundation, Hope for Warriors, uh uh um Boo Campaign, Wounded Warrior, uh just all all there's so many that that do great things and really bring attention to that. So if you have time and can afford it, you know, find one of these these charities that you can and and uh and help out because I know they don't it's not like they get extra money. There's the the families are struggling, um especially the the guys come home injured. Um so it's uh it's important we step up because we do not have the freedom that we have and the ability to live the lives that we we we do if it wasn't for our troops. And it's very important, it's very important um for me to have this show be a platform for for those guys and uh and uh to talk about it more because it can't be forgotten. We're in it we're in a world where people think, you know, hashtag never forget. Doing something. It's not. It's showing up. It's it's thanking the guys when you see them at the airport. It's going out of your way to really make them to to to to to to thank them. It really is. So and there's no joke here. I mean, you know, they're 10 months out there, they got two extensions, babies meeting their fathers for the first time on the pier. And the families who have waited, the the the spouses, the kids, the parents, they have served too. Like you have to think about, they have really served. You just did it at home. You know? So welcome home, sailors. Welcome home, Marines. We see you, man. And uh appreciate you guys. Thank you.
SPEAKER_00Coming in at number one.
SPEAKER_03What do we have here? This is so this is number one. Number one. So we open the show with a kangaroo, and we're ending the show with what, Sean?
SPEAKER_02Mary the Devil. A Tasmanian devil named Mary escapes an Australian wildlife park and eludes a sniffer dog and a thermal drone.
SPEAKER_03What the hell? I've actually never seen what a Tasmanian devil looks like.
SPEAKER_02Really?
SPEAKER_03And by the way, I'm opening up a good boy vodka because that 18 liters of vodka iced tea wasn't new, but it is Friday and feeling pretty good, not gonna lie. So we got the good boy vodka, black iced tea, lemonade. It's John Daly's cocktail, ladies and gentlemen. He says grip it and rip it. Grip it and rip it. Grip it and rip it. No, John Daly says grip it and rip it. It's Friday. Let's go back to this tsunami. Tasmanian says that's my dislikes. I say tsunami. Tasmanian devil. Mary escapes.
SPEAKER_02Look at that, dude.
SPEAKER_03Timeout. What? Is that the Tasmanian devil?
SPEAKER_02That's the Tasmanian devil.
SPEAKER_03It's tiny.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, they're not big.
SPEAKER_03It looks like a pup. This is what tell me a second. This is number one.
SPEAKER_02This is the number one viral video of the week.
SPEAKER_03A Tasmanian devil named Mary escapes the Gold Coast theme park. And it is number one. Well, hats off to you, Mary. I mean, it freaks me out more that they've named the Tasmanian devil Mary. If it had like Pookie or something like that, it'd be like, oh Thomas. When you name, when you give it a human name like Mary or Karen, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, oh, look at this thing. What is it? It's a little schnott. It's cute.
SPEAKER_02Did you ever watch Looney Tunes?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, the Tasmanian Devil. Yeah, that guy, that guy basically is like, you know, the the shows where they uh smuggle drugs across the border. What's that show called?
SPEAKER_02Speedy Gonzales?
SPEAKER_03No, the shows where they they um it's like on like National Geographic where they like border wars or something? No, they they they they're looking back and be like, I don't know why I swallowed like 18 bags full of condoms of cocaine and then they go through and uh someone at at the um I've got to take this.
SPEAKER_02Oh, I know exactly what you're talking about. Yeah, where it's like the TSA 8. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03And they're like, this guy looks suspicious.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03My mind is like the only way you look suspicious if you are like if you look that cute normal, but if you swallow condoms of cocaine, which I they're like you dip it in in castor oil and then you swallow it. Cute and cuddly, but you're gonna get five grand. But then they land, and the entire time, like they're like, if this thing, it always goes, you know, um, what is the name of that show?
SPEAKER_02It's like I how to catch a smuggler or something like that?
SPEAKER_03No, it was like it's called To Catch a Smuggler. Is it yeah? All right, so so to catch a smuggler, I think the show is called, and they would swallow like copious amounts of uh cocaine that's in a condom. This is the one time in your life you're like, this condom? Better not break because if any like you're that's not the only time in my life where I've said that. That's probably true. So this is like the second time, but I I don't think anybody like in their life, you're like, I can't wait to swallow a bag of cocaine in like a Durex condom that's been dipped in casserole oil. Like, you gotta be out of your mind. And then you it's it's not like it's like in a close country, like it's an hour flight on Southwest. Like you are on like a 14-hour flight, and these drug smugglers are not putting you in first class, you're in the back with a bunch of chickens.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, a lot of times they have like like leaching where like some of it's leaking out through chicken oil as it's porous.
SPEAKER_03So, this is what I'm saying, like the Tasmanian devil, he's super cute. Like that's what that reminds you. Like the Tasmanian, you see him now, he's like, Like, as if he smuggled some stuff and he's got some the cocaine like leaking your system, and he's just like, and they're like, Have you taken like he's like, What is wrong with you guys?
SPEAKER_02I was wondering where this was going, and that's what I'm saying, you know.
SPEAKER_03So I don't even know where this went, but I just you know I've had uh I think it's crazy he eluded a thermal drone and like a sniffer dog.
SPEAKER_02Like, what is this like secret squirrel?
SPEAKER_03It is. I've always thought the Tasmanian Devil was a lot that that thing looks like uh a really cute little animal. We open up with a loose kangaroo, and then we're closing with a Tasmanian devil. It's a little weird. Like we had this is usually there's a better number, but hey, for some reason people are into it, and I did go off on a segue that I have no idea where I went, but and I did learn something that um Tasmanian devils uh are cute until they swallow condoms full of cooking. Um that's what it is. I mean, that is our top 10, brother. That's our top 10 for the week. So thank you for that. But we have a couple like announcements and stuff that we want to go through, but we did make it through the top 10. It was I actually like this top 10. It was a little different, anticlimactic, and I think in a little bit, but Mary the Devil, God bless her. If you could take that out of context, Mary the Devil. Some dude's like, I have, you know, I married her. Yeah, she's right here with me. There's a lot going on in June, you know, and June is leading up to the 4th of July, and we got the soccer, we got the Olympics, all this sort of stuff. But before that, we have Father's Day, and I am doing a bunch of really cool things with the show, with Father's Day. Part of Born of Discipline, which I've told you before, is that the real fabric of the company is based on my father, and I really wanted to celebrate my dad and Born of Discipline in certain different ways. So, one, I partnered up doing collab with this company called 904 Customs. They make these amazing custom-made laser cut cutting boards. We made three really cool um uh cutting boards. Richards, we made these really cool um cutting boards, all have uh some scripture in it that I um have found over the last couple months that I really responded to. And I was like, man, that would go great on a cutting board. And uh I've each one of them is uh is signed by me, the cutting boards. It's laser etched into it, and these boards are really beautiful. Um, and then there's these custom-made uh Bible covers, and on top of that, you'll get a very, very handsome signed photo of this guy, Sonny Quinn. Um, look at that right there. Man, so funny. They dyed my hair black, my beard black, because they said during the camera test that me and Max under the nods, we they couldn't figure out who we were. I'm like, have you seen that kid's jawline? He's super handsome.
SPEAKER_02That's a compliment.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I thought I was like, well, yeah, I'll take it. They're like, which one wants to dye your beard black? I'm like, I'll do it.
SPEAKER_02I heard the same thing when me and Shaq did our test. Shrek? Shaq.
SPEAKER_03I think Shrek?
SPEAKER_02Shaq.
SPEAKER_03Hey, but uh, yeah, that's that's really cool. Um, I'm really excited to do this collab with uh 904 Customs. They make awesome stuff. It's something for the dad. You gotta get it before June 15th to make it in time for uh Father's Day, but I'm sure after. And then there's another thing that I'm doing on Board of Discipline that I'm really emotionally attached to, and it's called Dear Dad. So I had this thought about I was looking through my my pictures and stuff, and some were fading and going, and my kids had asked me about some pictures and whatnot, and I was like, you know, it'd be really cool if I made like something for them um that I could talk about pops um and and and continue to tell the story of my dad. Because once you stop talking about someone, the memory goes. That love will always exist within you, but it will go. And then I thought further, I was like, well, why don't we make this for all the dads? And all the dads I mean by the dads that the stepdad, your real dad, the dad that you never asked for, but he was just a man and he stepped up and he was in your life. The grandpa that raised you. So go to bornofdiscipline.com, look for the Father's Day gift, click on that, and um it will you'll be asked 10 questions about this person. You put little pictures in there, and if they live far away, you just press send, it'll show up in their mailbox or in their email, and uh they get to read it. Or, you know, what we're gonna do is um on Father's Day, we're gonna put it on airplay and watch it on the TV, and they're gonna get to know a little more about my dad with memories that they'll always have that will never fade in a trunk. So it's just something that um I'm really excited about. And uh, if you're looking for something to get dad, this is a really cool gift. And if you want, if your dad's a big fan of the show and they want a shirtless pick of Sean, signed. It says Daddy's home. Daddy, we can throw that in, but you gotta slide into Sean's DM and ask him yourself. Uh, but yeah, that's uh that's it. That's all, guys. I will tell you this it's Friday. Wherever you are, wherever you're listening, thank you so much. The show keeps getting better. Um it does, and it and we get fired up as much as whatever we're going through in life. Uh you know, the struggles. When I see those numbers going up, I'm like, man, you guys are listening. You guys are showing up in the trouble. So thank you. You've no idea. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
SPEAKER_02We cracked the top 10 this week. Yeah, we did.
SPEAKER_03We're top 10, man. That's a big deal in in um social culture and philosophy. Um, and uh we're charting um all across. So that's Razor guys. Stay Razor, keep listening, keep downloading. There's more to come. We're just figuring out, but the fact that you guys keep showing up, it means a lot. So be grateful, let your spirit lead, love your city that you live in, and love that you guys love this show. We will see you next Friday. Don't forget to move.
